What are the delivery charges?

We offer Free Shipping* on all rugs. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accepts payments via credit/debit cards, AfterPay and PayPal. All payments are charged immediately (except AfterPay wherein you make 4 equal interest free payments) when you place the order to better ensure that the goods are picked and shipped with the minimum of delay.

How long will delivery take?

We normally dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days.Approximate delivery time as per schedule below after dispatch:

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and you will be provided a tracking number with every order to track your parcel.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We normally send order confirmation emails to the email id used while placing an order. Should you require an invoice, please contact us here and we will be able to send you an electronic copy of your invoice.
